New Balance Consumer Returns Support
Thank you for contacting us regarding your recent experience with your New Balance product.
We are sorry to hear it has not lived up to your expectations.

Requirements: Your purchase must have been made within the last 6 months from an authorized New Balance dealer
and a proof of purchase must be attached clearly showing the following:
1. The location of purchase
2. The date of purchase
3. The product purchased (style number or description)
4. The price you paid
No receipt? We recommend reaching out to the place of purchase; many will be able to assist with providing you one.
Process: Please complete the required fields on the form and attach your proof of purchase.
1. Allow 2 business days for our team to review your submission. If your return is authorized, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) email with return instructions.
2. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs, and as such we recommend sending your returns with a carrier that provides tracking.
3. Once your return is received in our warehouse, please allow 10 business days for processing.
4. We will issue you a voucher equal to the price you paid that can be used for a future purchase on www.newbalance.com.
