Requirements: Your purchase must have been made within the last 6 months from an authorized New Balance dealer
and a proof of purchase must be attached clearly showing the following:

1. The location of purchase

2. The date of purchase

3. The style number or description of the product.

4. The price you paid

No receipt? We recommend reaching out to the place of purchase; many will be able to assist with providing you one. Please know New Balance stores will be extending their return time frame an additional 45 days once they reopen.

To understand your experience, we would also like to see the condition of your product. Please also attach the following images to your submission.

1. One that shows the issue, if possible.

2. One of the label clearly showing the style #, size and width.

3. One of both shoes side by side looking down on them (like when you look down at your feet) OR a clear picture of the apparel item.
